Writing for All Set The Bone began while Greg Freeman was still wrapping up Burnover, the album that put him on The New York Times Best Albums of 2025 list and earned Pitchfork's 'Best New Album' distinction.
Friction became the method this time. Sessions ran on scant rehearsal time and urgent, self-appointed deadlines, and the whole thing was finished quickly in a real Hollywood studio with John Congleton, one of rock's best modern architects. Pressed on coke bottle clear and exclusive to Indie retail, the 13-song double LP comes in a gatefold with a special belly band.
