GWAR og the Last Drive-In-Stein samler to horror-institutioner på én plade. The Scumdogs of the Universe markerer 40 år som band; Joe Bob Briggs markerer 40 år på tv som filmkritiker, kommentator og entertainer. Side A rummer GWARs episke live-sæt fra Joe Bobs The Last Drive In Halloween-special fra 2025, med flere af deres egne sange samt covers af favoritter fra showet. Side B tilhører John Brennan and the Bigfeet, the Last Drive Ins husband, der spiller sange skrevet til de sidste 2 sæsoner. Det er også deres første live-optagelse nogensinde.
