DEAD KENNEDYS 'FRESH FRUIT FOR ROTTING VEGETABLES' LP

LABEL: Goldstate Music
RELEASE DATE: 07/24/2026
VARIANT: Black Vinyl LP

Wickedly smart, defiantly performed and a defining moment for U.S. hardcore, Dead Kennedy’s made a masterpiece with 1980’s Fresh Fruit for Rotting Vegetables. Steered by frontman Jello Biafra’s distinctive warble, and bolstered by the surf-skewering effervescence of East Bay Ray’s iconic guitar tone, the San Franciscan punks deliver an abundance of wickedly satirical jabs at propaganda and war profiteering (“When Ya Get Drafted”), class warfare (“Kill the Poor”) and home-grown fascism (“California Über Alles”). Remastered from the original tapes, and packaged with a poster.
