Joe SATRIANI and Steve Vai The Sea of EMOTION 2LP Neon Yellow Turquoise Vinyl

LABEL: earMUSIC
RELEASE DATE: 11/06/2026
VARIANT: Neon Yellow/Turquoise Vinyl 2LP

Two guitar heavyweights finally made a record together. The Sea Of Emotion is the first full studio album from Joe Satriani and Steve Vai as SatchVai, and it's pressed here as a Neon Yellow/Turquoise Vinyl 2LP.

Their history goes back more than five decades, to the days when a teenage Vai took lessons from Satriani. Here that old teacher-student thread turns into a whole album of brand-new songs, with Satriani's ear for melody set against Vai's wilder, more expressive playing. Glenn Hughes guests on "I Wanna Play My Guitar".
