Forward, First Day Back's self-released DIY masterstroke, is finally available at retail. The record follows breakout, sold out tours with Algernon Cadwallader and Everyone Asked About You, plus rave reviews in Pitchfork, Alternative Press and 2600 and glowing RYM ratings.
Called the rightful torchbearers of second wave emo, the band brings Cap'n Jazz's vocal exasperation, the twinkle of American Football and Braid's youthful exuberance. Violin and harmonica join the mix organically along the way. Think love letter to the past, post-dated well into the future.
