DAYSEEKER 'CREATURE IN THE BLACK NIGHT' Limited Red/Black Pearl Flip Vinyl LP

LABEL: Spinefarm
RELEASE DATE: 10/30/2026
VARIANT: Limited Edition, Red/Black Pearl Flip Vinyl LP

Six albums in, Dayseeker sound like a band that finally stopped apologising for the dark. Creature in the Black Night grew out of a Southern California post-hardcore outfit that has spent years turning grief, heartbreak and trauma into something you can actually sing along to. Rory Rodriguez handles vocals, Gino Sgambelluri plays guitar, Ramone Valerio came in on bass in 2017 and Zac Mayfield took the drum stool in 2022. Together they put feeling ahead of fashion. Over 600 million streams and a stack of sold-out theater headline dates, plus runs with Pierce The Veil, Bad Omens and Ice Nine Kills, say that approach travels. Daniel Braunstein (Spiritbox, Silent Planet) produced here, and Zakk Cervini (Blink-182, Bring Me The Horizon, Lorna Shore) mixed it. Expect eerie, cinematic passages, sharper riffs than before and a streak of something dark and sexy running through the whole thing. Anyone braced for a slow slide into misery should know better: this record has edges, weight and a strange new clarity.
