GWAR y The Last Drive-In-Stein reúnen a dos instituciones del terror en un mismo disco. Los Scumdogs of the Universe celebran 40 años como banda; Joe Bob Briggs celebra 40 años en televisión como crítico de cine, comentarista y entertainer. La cara A contiene el épico directo de GWAR del especial de Halloween de 2025 de The Last Drive In de Joe Bob, con varias canciones propias y versiones de favoritos del programa. La cara B es para John Brennan and the Bigfeet, la banda residente de The Last Drive In, que interpreta canciones escritas para las 2 últimas temporadas. Además, es su primera grabación en directo.
